Backstory
Born Ayana Shiobana (塩花綾奈 Shiobana Ayana), Lorelai is one of the daughters of Dio and a Japanese girl named Onizuka Shiobana. As a child, her parents divorced, leaving her mother with custody of her two sisters, Haruno and Yuka Shiobana, and Dio with her custody, causing them to move to El Clairo, Egypt, again. Dio from an early age demanded that Lorelai be better at everything, so that if he died against the Joestars, he would have her to be his replacement. He demanded that she be good at almost everything, in doing so, that she have countless hobbies.	She was under a lot of pressure because of this, to the point that she didn't have enough time to study law, and her father was extremely strict about being good at exactly everything. When she went to give her first recital at a music school, because of the mistake of a simple note, Dio hit her, blaming her for yet another huge failure, then, took the poor girl, and shoved the stone mask on her face, as a way to kill her, and buried her in a pink coffin in his basement until she was useful enough to him.

Personality
Lorelai comes off as energetic, cheerful, sarcastic, flirtatious, prone to fast-talking and moving individual with a sadistic streak. She likes to bully her friends and finds joy in teasing him, however, although she appears to just want to torture him, there seems more to it than that. In early chapters her antics could easily be described as "sadistic", frequently making her friends cry.

Curiosities
Lorelai on account of changing her gender for a joke, no one knows her real gender, some think it's a girl dressed as a boy, a boy dressed as a girl.
